about me

Hi there! I’m Madeleine, an experienced content producer and strategist skilled in ideating and producing buzzy, social-first campaigns for consumer lifestyle and media brands. I have over 6+ years of experience in the social media space, and I was most recently a Content Creator at VCCP US, creating organic social content for White Claw. Prior to that, I was a Senior Social Content Manager at Jellyfish, managing short-form and long-form social video for Hair.com under the L’Oréal umbrella.

I also spent 3 years as a Social Content Producer at POPSUGAR, and ran the POPSUGAR, POPSUGARHome, and POPSUGARBeauty Instagram accounts and was regularly on-camera talent for POPSUGAR on TikTok. In all my roles, I have worked on-camera and behind-the-scenes to create short- and long-form video and digital content that is aligned with zeitgeist and pop culture trends as well as collaborating with and recruiting rising influencer talent, including working with influencers like Plant Kween and celebrity hairstylists like Alfredo Lewis, Sharon Spellman and Phillip Wolff. I’ve also had the opportunity to create social-first campaigns with celebrities like Mindy Kaling and Elizabeth Olsen and Booktok-famous authors like Scarlett St. Clair and Tessa Bailey.

Originally from Providence, Rhode Island, I’m a graduate of Syracuse University’s S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications, with a major in magazine journalism and a minor in English and textual studies. During my time at SU, I was the editor-in-chief for The OutCrowd, Syracuse University’s LGBTQ+ magazine. I currently live in Brooklyn.

I have a passion for books, pop culture trends, and wellness content. Want to work with me? Take a look at my resume or contact me directly at mcfourni@gmail.com. I’m looking forward to hearing from you!
